Dr. Irmak Aksoy received her bachelor’s degree in business administration at Ege University in 2012. She also received her bachelor’s degree in international business administration from HWR (BSEL) through the Erasmus Double Degree Program. She obtained her master’s degree in management and organization at Dokuz Eylül University in 2017. She graduated from the doctoral program in Business Management and Organization at Istanbul University in 2025. She has been working as a Research Assistant in the Business Administration (Eng.) Department at Doğuş University since 2016. Her academic interests include organizational behavior, organizational theories, and human resources management.
