Academics who hold a PhD and can demonstrate relevant research and professional experience may apply to join the Scientific Committee.
Academic Seniority and Institution
Candidates must serve as an Assistant Professor or in a more senior role. Their affiliation should be a recognized university, higher education institution, or research center.
Communication and Review Requirements
Candidates must have a strong command of English. Reviews should be fair, independent, and based on objective academic judgment. Comments must be constructive and follow academic integrity requirements.
Yearly Reviewing Responsibility
A member is normally assigned three to four submissions during a year. The review schedule can remain flexible to reflect academic workload and personal availability.

Recognition of Review Work
Members receive a certificate after every conference. The certificate recognizes their participation in reviews and related scholarly tasks.

Members can develop relationships with researchers, practitioners, specialists, and academics representing a range of countries and disciplines.

Lower Registration Rates
Scientific Committee membership may provide access to lower registration rates for future conference editions.

Consideration for Journal Boards
Qualified members may also be considered for membership on editorial boards of journals produced by partner publishers.
